Kspeaker is an AI-powered English language learning assistant that provides:
3.1 Device Registration: The App automatically registers your device to provide personalized service.
3.2 Free Tier: Free users receive 5 messages per day. Message quota resets daily at midnight.
3.3 Premium Access: Users can upgrade to premium access via voucher codes for unlimited messages.
You agree to:
5.1 App Content: All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Kartezya and are protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of any voice recordings or text you submit. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for providing AI responses.
5.3 AI-Generated Content: Responses generated by our AI assistant are provided for educational purposes only and may not always be accurate.

7.1 Validity: Voucher codes are valid for the duration specified at the time of issuance.
7.2 Non-Transferable: Vouchers are tied to the device on which they are activated and cannot be transferred.
7.3 No Refunds: Voucher purchases are final and non-refundable.
7.4 Termination: We reserve the right to deactivate vouchers obtained through fraudulent means.
8.1 Uptime: We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8.2 Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice when possible.
8.3 API Limitations: AI responses depend on third-party API availability (Google Gemini). Service interruptions may occur due to quota limits or technical issues.

11.1 By You: You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
11.2 By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kartezya regarding the use of the App.
